PROJECT:
THE FRANKLIN ROOM – RESTAURANT WEBSITE
WHAT I DID:
As the lead UX designer and project manager, I led the end-to-end redesign of the website for The Franklin Room, a Chicago-based speakeasy known for its elevated dining and curated spirits. I owned the full lifecycle of the project—from discovery through launch—including UX research, information architecture, wireframing, UI design, and production oversight. Working closely with the client, I translated their vision into a digital experience that reflects the venue’s refined, hidden-gem atmosphere while improving usability and performance. The final site balances a moody, vintage-inspired aesthetic with modern functionality, driving increased engagement, reservations, and brand cohesion.
