PROJECT: Commercial Real Estate leasing Website for CMK Developers – International residential and commercial real estate developers CMK needed a marketing and leasing website for their new high rise rental property in Chicago Illinois. The goal was to achieve a 60% unit lease up through the website in the first 90 days. CMK achieved its goal in under the 90 day timeframe.

WHAT I DID: Led design and content strategy sessions that helped define project parameters, content strategy and overall design approach.  Worked as lead graphic and user interface designer and developer, in creation of web property.
